New comment on "How do you explain cloud computing to your colleagues?"

LinkedIn Groups

@Thomas, I am sorry if I gave that impression. We are looking to implement both Microsoft 365 and Spark of Genius; however our field agents and clients will be using android phones and tablets.

Just recently as part of the Open Software foundation I have been collaborating with Microsoft at the highest level. They finally made available their API to us so that we could get all protocols and passwords requests handshaking properly. It seems that incorrect handshaking has been the cause of more Denial of Service problems than malicious hacking. Over Christmas Xen, SySUN and another super computer have been breaking these all down to ensure that there are no more holes for virus's and hackers to exploit.

Solving this problem has enable the virtualisation projects to make huge advances because of 'blocked on waiting' issues.

Personally I do not promote one over the other - especially as Chrome on ARM are about to throw their hat in to the ring - Merely point out a solution that seems to work right now...
