Group: Cloud Computing, SaaS & Virtualization Discussion: How do you explain cloud computing to your colleagues? I don't explain, my company is Cloud Based, and most of the time, our developers explin it to me. : ) j/k The best explanation I have encountered was this week at an HDI meeting (local tech support association) in which our speaker put up a slide with Facebook, Gmail, Amazon and eBay logos on it and said, "These are all Cloud Technologies. You don't know where the actual servers are, you just connect to the Internet and access them". Posted by Brandon Caudle
