Group: Cloud Computing, SaaS & Virtualization Discussion: How do you explain cloud computing to your colleagues? @Peter, thanks, it was certainly a challenge, getting Exec and team buy-in, but the end game was the challenge, reduce the TCO, have the ability to scale up and down at short notice for mergers and acquisitions and also divestures. The flexability and scalability in Cloud can never be achieved through inhouse spend (unless you are one of the rare CIO's with a open cheque book). Posted by Ken Major
