Yet, the TCO that can be achieved would still be much higher than that if using a Public Cloud, I believe? Some of the local Telco's here are already in the process of initiating Cloud Services within the region. HP, Oracle have also jumped on the bandwagon. Our intent is to look at the feasibility of providing the service to customers as a private service provider making use of the available communication infrastructure within the country. The dependency factor on the Telco is another issue that props up when offering a 24X7 SLA to the client. Posted by Muhammad Fazli
