Group: Cloud Computing, SaaS & Virtualization Discussion: How do you explain cloud computing to your colleagues? Paul - I don't want to repeat the information from contributors above. To me they are all correct. Perhaps take a step back and assess what interest/benefit your colleagues will obtain from knowing about cloud services and what behaviour you want to change. If your colleagues are particularly technical and have inherent stake in the deciding on Cloud Services provide them a technical proposition. On the other hand if your colleagues would simply consume the service and only really care about how that consumption happens ie where, when, what and how. Then pitch the benefits to align to those needs. Posted by Lynn James
