Group: Cloud Computing, SaaS & Virtualization Discussion: How do you explain cloud computing to your colleagues? Isn't it funny...? Recently, I was on a flight back to US from INDIA..saw that rare view of white clouds through the window and thought of cloud computing (yes i was on cloud-9;-) and as a techie by nature i thought of doing some cloud computing above sky but UN-fortunately only thing in-front of me was on flight TV playing capt. America movie(i liked it though) with no internet on it ..My whole idea of cloud computing watching those azure clouds and doing other things like booking my connecting flight,checking my bank account, face-book, weather status, stock updates and news etc in real-time went in vain..i know this can be accomplished in 2000 itself during my thesis by leasing them as services over the net..n it's still in the making..Cloud computing is one such thing which can bring some cheer to all of us soon..God bless all.
