Group: Cloud Computing, VMware, Virtualization and Enterprise 2.0 Group Discussion: How do you explain cloud computing to your colleagues? There is deduction (general->specific) and induction (specific->general,) and different people learn different ways. If I were asked to explain the concept of "transportation" to someone I could show them both a bicycle and a steamship, and they would see examples of transportation vehicles. Or I could tell them that "transportation" refers to conveying people or goods from point "A" to point "B" by some means or other. I suppose it would depend on the audience how successful I would be with each approach. Posted by Jan Klincewicz, MBA
