Group: Cloud Computing, VMware, Virtualization and Enterprise 2.0 Group Discussion: How do you explain cloud computing to your colleagues? @David: I don't even play a lawyer on TV, but I've studied a little business law, and the term "contract" is certainly debatable at least in most states. Are you assuming that an SLA comes standard with every Cloud offering ?? That would be a very bad assumption. Even in a Managed Services environment an SLA or even an SLO has to be negotiated.
