Regardless of key figures in the industry and their definitions, the difficult truth is that your definition changes significantly depending on who you are. Service providers (IT organization, Telecom, etc.) vs. consumers (corporate business unit, web startup company, etc.) vs. end users (my dad, my neighbor) will all define cloud computing very differently.
