Clearly Jan a) doesn't understand the difference between 'technology' and 'technology paradigm'; b) is still upset over having to leave a virtualization forum because he was being derided for his exceptionally poor demeanor; and c) didn't learn much getting an MBA as his continued predilection for petty squabbling demonstrates.
