Group: Cloud Computing, SaaS & Virtualization Discussion: How do you explain cloud computing to your colleagues? @David, yes it was a very complex transformation from multiple legacy applications across multiple platforms, in a global environment with SAP as the core backend. Executing a transformation requires buy-in, your apps team, your infrastructure and comms team all need to buy in, yes it can be daunting in such a large migration with nearly 300 sites, but keep focused on the end game and push the team hard to kill off the legacy as quickly as you can roll, that is where you realise the savings... good luck on the journey.
