It really depends on the number of sites and end users you have in your organisation. If you have a handful of people in one office, you can run a Cloud based offering through a simple ADSL or BDSL connection and spend as little as $30 per month for a basic office setup per user with a local Telco. However if you have hundreds of users across multiple geographic sites and are trying to run mission critical applications in real time, then that is a completly different discussion when you start to consider DR, etc... if you want to share some further details I can help you to work through, Posted by Ken Major
