Well, I`m our collegues will join me when I say we want to control our environments, devel, test or production. As good as it sounds in the literary meaning, when it comes to hands on experience, until a in house application (doesn`t matter if tomcat, weblogic, db or any other) will have to pass the devel and stages at home. After passing all the stages can be a part of cloud. I think we would be misled if we use no worries o no software instalation. Afterall there will surely be problems in running software.
