Cloud computing is something (though it is a technology) that changes the way you run your business. For small and middle level businesses it is like a boon. It frees the users from establishing on-premise hardware setup which results in cost reduction. All the users need is just internet and browser. Security can be a topic of concern but the cloud service providers have very secure and robust solution for that. Their data is highly encrypted so security breach is not easily possible. @Jeff... Salesforce is one of the cloud service providers, and mainly deals in Cloud CRM. It provides SaaS and Paas. You pay for what you need only. You can subscribe for their services and upgrade your subscription as your business grows. I am a Salesforce developer. It offers you a highly customizable CRM for your business.
