Started by Paul Sibley, Experienced manager in the provision of training and learning solutions. I'm pretty sure that a hosted private cloud will do what you're looking for. You don't need to control the actual hardware, you just need to store an image or two on their server and rapidly deploy it to the required number of VMs prior to each class. You would then have terminal access to the VMs and simply tear them down after the last day. Check out Rackspace's managed hosting solutions at http://www.rackspace.com/managed_hosting/private_cloud/ . That might be what you're looking for. Whether they use Hyper-V or not I don't know, but they're really good at working with you. I used them for a custom hosted environment a while back and was very happy with the amount of presales assistance I received. By the way, doing this for a training center sounds like a fabulous idea. Just make sure you have a redundant internet connection from a second carrier. If you depend on cloud hosting for your training environment and your internet goes down you're in for all kinds of hurt.
