Group: Cloud Computing, SaaS & Virtualization Discussion: How do you explain cloud computing to your colleagues? it anoys me that the are no really clearcut identifications on what is PaaS and IaaS especially. Because all vendors have their own twist on them, and bottom line is then, they are too difficult to match upon each other for finding best pricing or other parameters. Further more its anoying that nearly everyone starts talking about amazon when discussions come to cloud computing - i mean WHY would they do that? Maybe it all comes back to the cloud definitions being shaded? Posted by Thomas
